What are the shipping costs?
In Italy, shipping has a fixed cost of €6 per order and is free for orders over €80.
Shipping abroad costs €10 per order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
In Italy we use express shipping with Poste Italiane , with delivery within 24/48 hours from the time of shipment.
Delivery to Europe takes 5-10 working days , depending on the destination country.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days . Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal .
Cash on delivery is not available.
What is your return policy?
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order .
To request a return, send an email to customerservice@callecalzature.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. You will receive detailed instructions from our customer service team.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with labels, accessories, and packaging intact, and in perfect condition (not used or damaged).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges or returns are not possible during sales or promotions.
