Shipping Policy – Calle Calzature
We are committed to providing a fast, secure, and reliable shipping service for all our customers.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to:
- All of Italy (including islands).
- All European countries.
2. Delivery Times
- Italy (mainland and islands): express delivery within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
- Europe: delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
3. Shipping Costs
- Italy: shipping costs are automatically calculated by the courier based on current rates. Free shipping on orders over €80.
- International: €25 per order.
4. Delivery Methods
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we use:
- Italy: BRT
- Europe: DHL
5. Failed Delivery (Italy – BRT)
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, BRT generally makes a second automatic delivery attempt on the next business day.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful:
- the shipment may be held at the local depot, or
- made available for collection at a BRT service point (hold at depot).
The recipient may also modify delivery options (when available) via the tracking link, including changing the delivery date, address, or requesting pickup.
6. Shipment Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status in real time.
7. Delivery Issues
In case of delays, damaged packages, or failed delivery, please contact our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
8. Undelivered Shipments & Returns to Sender
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the recipient (absence, incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect), the package will be returned to the sender.
In such cases:
- a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order, or
- in the event of a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted.
