Modulo di recesso

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.

Conditions for withdrawal

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with labels, accessories, and intact packaging.

You may try on footwear exclusively indoors and only for the time strictly necessary to verify the size, fit, and characteristics, as you would in a physical store. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, worn outdoors, damaged, dirty, or that show signs of wear, particularly on the soles.

Calle Calzature reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is no longer suitable for resale.
